From the ramp to the claims desk
Rex learned the cargo business from the ground up, which is why he understands how goods get lost or damaged and how to prove it.

Joins Pan Am
Starts his career loading aircraft for Pan Am.
- 1971
Cargo Division
Moves to Pan Am's Cargo Division, works in cargo operations and qualifies as a certified loadmaster.
- 1974
European cargo claims
Takes responsibility for Pan Am's cargo claims across Europe.
- 1983
Goes independent
Sets up on his own, handling every aspect of air and ocean cargo claims, including surveys and investigations.
